We are an online store, open 24/7.
DELIVERY & PICK UP TIMES
All our gift boxes are handmade as per order. Orders must be made before 11:00am for guaranteed next day delivery. However, for orders made after 11:00am, products will be delivered 2 days after date of purchase.
We do accept urgent orders for smaller items to be delivered on the same day. Further charges will apply (See: Delivery Charges). Please contact us prior to ordering.
Pick up of items is also available within 1 - 2 days after date of purchase.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges start from $15 (within 30km radius of Glenfield, NSW) and are based on delivery location and time of delivery.
Free delivery will be provided for the following orders:

Total minimum purchase of $50 - within 15km radius.

Total minimum purchase of $80 - from 15km to 30km.

Total minimum purchase of $120 - outside 30km radius.
For urgent same day orders, an extra charge of $20 is applicable for locations within 30km radius of Glenfield, NSW and $30 for locations outside the 30km radius.
DELIVERY PROCEDURES
The recipient must be at home to receive the product. If the recipient is not at home during time of delivery, a calling card will be left so the recipient can contact us directly to organise a suitable time for re-delivery. An additional $15 fee will apply for re-delivery. If delivery is to a workplace, hospital or hotel, we will follow the procedures required by the site to make delivery to the recipient within the guidelines required by the site.
DELIVERY LOCATIONS
We are based in Glenfield, NSW and we only deliver products within the Sydney Metro area.
POSTAGE TIMES
For all locations, products will be sent as a registered parcel via Australia Post within 1 - 2 days after date of purchase and can take between 3 - 5 days to arrive at its destination. Please be advised that we do not take responsibility for any delays that may occur as a result of unforeseen circumstances during postage. We only sell items within Australia and do not post to locations overseas.

For all locations, postage charges start from $15 and applies to all purchase orders.
